SPG-12 Outdoor SF6 Load Break Switch (12kV)
The SPG-12 is a 12kV outdoor SF6 load break switch for 10kV distribution systems. Uses SF6 pressure-assisted arc blowing in a 304 stainless steel molded housing — low gas pressure means low heat, short extinguishing time, and long life. Features low gas pressure interlock (locks operation at 0.03-0.04 MPa with visual alarm), manual interlock for safe maintenance, and high-pressure explosion-proof relief (0.4-0.6 MPa with side venting, no solid particle ejection). Silicone rubber/epoxy resin insulation with APG integral vacuum casting — 20+ years outdoor proven. Every unit X-ray inspected. Triangle spring mechanism sealed in SF6 housing — rust-free, maintenance-free. Capable of zero-gauge-pressure rated current switching. 5,000 mechanical operations life.
